I think that's super cool. The on...Gnarly! :P <br /><br />I think that's super cool. The only part that slightly eeks me out is the "skin". But other than that, I'd be excited to dig in. And you sure cooked it for a long time! I guess that's equivalent to a slow cooker.. This is pretty much as primal as you can get when purchasing meat (as opposed to hunting and butchering yourself which is a whole other story, and not one that I'd be overly excited about myself -- and that's an understatement).
